I liked the twist on sacrifice as a theme from Japanese society, “you don’t need to sacrifice yourself,” type message. Also interesting, the distrust of Shion’s mother. That it was better to not train her daughter as the risk of her becoming a great evil versus a great good was too high. hmmmm

I love how stupid Naruto is. He had no clue what she meant when she said “my power needs to be passed down to the next priestess.” It would’ve been better if Sakura had one of her inner-self moments right after she said that. Anyways, good job, I love the movie.
